This vintage from the 2015 harvest is a year with a weather that allowed a beautiful maturity of the grapes, both technical and phenolic (flavours).
It ages at least 7 years in our cellars. Made only in exceptional year...
Tasting
You will be able to appreciate the complexity of the aromas mixing red berries (power of pinot noir), the roundness of the stone fruit of the sucker, the subtlety and finesse of the chardonnay. The mouth is supple, balanced by a studied dosage. We find the aromas of the nose, the finish is long, fresh with notes of candied fruit due to the seven years of aging in our cellars.
